If you have specific IT problems you are looking to resolve, then I provide an onsite ‘pay as you go’ service. Each case will be treated individually and quoted according to the scope of the issue and the estimated time to resolve. I always try to provide an estimate over the phone, but of course it is very difficult to know for sure until you’ve witnessed the issue first hand. However, if the issue proves more complicated than first analysed, or further problems arise, then I will keep you informed throughout the process.

Many small and medium business will have several computers, laptops and other IT equipment, and commonly at least one dedicated server. For such scenarios, I provide ongoing support tailored specifically to your business. Most equipment can be monitored and maintained remotely, drastically reducing your support costs, and telephone support can be available for minor queries and advice.

If an onsite visit is required, then this will always be provided at favourable rates to regular support clients.  I work very hard to offer the flexibility needed by SME's.
